General questions

How can I order something from this webshop?

First of all you have to create an account. Your data will not be used for commercial purposes. By clicking the “order” button you transfer the goods to your caddy. You can change the content of the caddy as long as you have not confirmed the order. If you have any question, please fill out the contact form. We will come back to you as soon as possible.

Can I change my order after I confirmed it?

If the ordered items have not been sent off yet, you can still change the order. Please do contact us quickly in such a case.If your order has been shipped already, you need to place another order. The items that were already dispatched will not be taken back.

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be shipped within seven working days after we received the payment. You will be informed by email of the shipping date.

How can I know the status of my order?

At every stage of your order you will receive a confirmation by email on the address you communicated to us. You can also get in touch with us through the contact form. We will answer your question as soon as possible.

What are the transport costs?

We aim at sending you the order in the most cost effective way. The costs involved depend on the size of the package. Please find in below PDF-document an overview of the current rates.

How can I pay? Can I pay cash on delivery?

Payment can only be made through Paypal. Paypal accepts Visa, Mastercard or American Express for your payment without having to create a Paypal account. After you confirmed your order, you will be brought to the payment page, where you can log in on your Paypal-account or pay by credit card. Payment by bacs or cash on delivery are not possible.

I have a non Belgian VAT-number. Can I buy without VAT?

Every transaction in this webshop is a national transaction according to Belgian legislation. This means we always have to sell with the 21 % VAT.

I would like to buy Vincent Sheppard furniture. Can I buy directly from this website ?

No, that is not possible. In this webshop we don’t offer furniture items. For the Vincent Sheppard Collection we refer to our website www.vincentsheppard.com which will provide you with all the information you need. Click the Contact-Dealer button to get the details of the retailer in your region.
